Planning

Applications, appeals and masterplans that respect the place, work within the budget and resolve the constraints before they reach committee.

Hinckley Square, the proposed redevelopment of the Old Leisure Centre site
How we work

Every site comes with its own set of climatic, topographical, geological and physical opportunities and constraints, and every scheme has a budget. We start with both, resolving the key planning constraints early so that what goes to the council is viable, buildable and sensitive to the site's historical and cultural context.

Because the planning team draws the schemes as well as promoting them, nothing is lost between the masterplan and the application. Feasibility, options appraisal and financial viability assessment are available from the first conversation.
