ISO 9001
The group’s ISO 9001 management policies cover all of its business activities, including the flying factory that allows it to manufacture on site if need be. It has now passed three consecutive audits, with no minor issues raised and no recommendations for improvement issued.
BS EN 1090
BS EN 1090 is a legal requirement for placing structural metal products on the UK market, with the UKCA mark, or on the European Union market, with the CE mark. It was achieved after ISO 9001, and the group has already passed two audits.
Why it matters
duoKore® is unlike any other system, so every approval has had to be earned from first design principles. Alongside fire and sound testing at the BRE, SCI/NHBC Stage 1 certification and independent testing by the University of Salford, these certifications mean that both the system and the way it is made are independently checked.
